Submitted Description: Hey guys, My name is Eric Hughes from Billerica Mass. My friends and i skim at Silver Lake, a small beach in Wilmington Mass. The beach is perfect for skimming. It's very local and never gets crowded enough to make skimming difficult. There is always a good atmosphere, the locals are very friendly and always having fun. There is a volley ball net and a playground to make sure everyone's having a good time. The part of the lake that we skim at is very shallow and doesn't really get that deep so instead of treading out to cool down in the middle of the lake on a hot day, there is a raised fishing dock that we do flips and dives off of. The sand may be little coarse and can contain a few pebbles here and there, but besides that, Silver Lake is an amazing spot to skim and just have fun.
