Submitted description: My skim spot is willow island park of Yuba City. I think is one of the best spots in the central valley. Guys from sac come up sometimes and Ive even seen some videos of your team riders there. Our local newspaper has done a few articles about it and I have seen it in the "itemnumbernine" video We can start going at around May, because thats when the waters warm enough. At about the end of August the Oroville dam lets water out and it floods our spot about a foot. Its a river so theres no tide, you can go all day, everyday of summer.
When to Ride: Spring / Summer. (check american river water levels)
How to get there: All you have to do is walk along the levee until you see a green park sign and then walk down the levee and follow the trail.
