Mouth of the San Bernard River

Skim Spot Description: The skim spot is located at the mouth of the San Bernard River. Beach accessed by boat down the San Bernard River.  Although the same spot may not be there a few weeks or days later, there is always a new and almost identical spot created in the same general location. The spot is on the inside of the mouth so it's not effected by waves or current, just the tide.


When to Ride: Best to skim during high tide before noonish, but water slowly drains during low tide which never prevented us from skimming.
